I just want to say that I totally love Armen Cadillac. The Cadillac is the 3rd car we have leased from Armen Cadillac,we continue to go back to Armen Cadillac because we have always been treated with respect and Armen is like family to the Johnson household. The Cadillac is such a smooth ride and the interior is HOT!!!!!In closing I would like to say that all of the staff at Armen Cadillac understand Customer Service and the atmosphere is very pleasant but our favorite Sales person is Joe LaPenta he is FABULOUS!!!!Smiles!!!!!Lynda Johnson This is the second Cadillac CTS I have leased from Armen and my salesperson, Joe LaPenta. I purposely returned to the dealership and Joe because of the excellent customer service and ability to meet my needs. I also use Armen's service department and I am always satisfied. My new CTS has more bells and whistles then the last and I am thrilled. I would like to thank Armen and especially Lou Esposito for the professional care and dedication to my buying effort. I feel that, that was the deciding factor to buy my vehicle from their facility and not another Cadillac dealer. I have recommended the "Armen" experience to several people that were interested in an SRX, and I look forward to working with Armen for my service and any future automobile purchases. I shopped over the internet to identify the car and price range I was looking for. That is how I met Tim Martin. Tim was helpful in providing me information. When I arrived at Armen, I decided to look at the cars on the lot rather than go in to the show room, a salesman did come out to meet me as I was walking in. When I told him I was there to meet Tim he invited me to have a seat while he went to get Tim. Tim came out to greet me and introduced Dan Difeo. He let me know that Dan was a Cadillac expert and would help me out. When we discussed the price of the car both Tim and Dan understood my goals and the three of us worked together to get there. Both Tim and Dan were highly professional, at no time did I feel pressured, in fact, I felt like we all had the same goal and we worked together to achieve it. I also me another person at Armen, the finance person, I think his name was Brian but I'm not sure. He too was a professional, we had a nice conversation about our past. Dan, Thanks so much. This is my fourth Cadillac and I am sure we will do business again. Hi Armen, I just wanted to send a quick email to say how happy my wife and I were with our experience at your dealership last week. I do not keep cars very long thus, I have purchased quite a few over the years and from many different dealers. This last purchase at Armen was by far the easiest and most enjoyable (which is what buying a new car should be!). We bought a certified 2007 Escalade from you and absolutely love the truck! Our salesperson, Aubrey, was great. Aubrey was extremely knowledgeable about the Escalade and was so easy to deal with - no pressure, no negotiating games etc... Everyone else there were also very friendly and accommodating. Jerry, in the finance dept, was great as well and had everything ready to go when we came back to sign the papers and we were in and out in about 15 minutes. I usually wouldn't go to this length to let someone know about my experience but I have had so many car buying experiences that were more of a headache than a pleasure that I just thought you should know. Aubrey Dougherty was the Sales professional who assisted my with my purchase of a 2007 Cadillac CTS Sport. She was very knowledgeable will all aspects of the vehicle. She really made my wife and I feel ensured we were making the right choice. She also had tremendous follow-up skills. She made sure that a few items that I need work on was complete by your service center. She also brought something to my attention about the pitting of my chrome wheels. Because of that I brought the car in to Joe McCloone who agreed that they are under warranty and will be replaced. I feel 110% satisfied with my experience at Amen Cadillac. I can't say enough good things about your organization and especially Aubrey. As has consistently been the case over the past 15 years, the service department and its service representatives at Armen have been top notch. The only disappointment was that by the time I made up my mind the Radiant Silver AWD SRX was sold, so I went with the platinum ice and paid the option fee. However, I am enjoying the color very much and Lou assures me that it is a popular premium color that will hold its resale value. This is the third car Lou sold me, so obviously I am very happy with his service. The car was ready when I arrived to pick it up, and the paperwork took less than a half hour. Tim actually came to the finance office to meet me and make sure I was happy. You have a great team Hello, As many would agree, the car buying process is never fun. On January 3rd, I went to several local car dealerships with the intention of buying an SUV due to the inclement weather over the past couple of years. After having discouraging visits to both Conicelli Toyota and Nissan, I decided to take a look at the CTS, a vehicle that I've liked for quite some time. I had the privilege of being helped that day by salesman Sam Parisi. He was very professional and extremely helpful that day. After taking the CTS for a test drive I knew that I wanted to own one. With the help of Sam Parisi, I was able to purchase the CTS that day. What was supposed to be a painful day of SUV shopping turned into a great day to finally purchase the vehicle that I've always wanted. Sam told me that I was his first sale of the New Year.
